30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package the item securely and return it according to the instructions provided.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and work to provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Important Notice
Return requests may only be submitted after the order has been delivered and received by the customer.
Requests submitted before delivery cannot be processed.
